The vineyards are located approximatively at 311 m above the sea level in the municipality of San Francesco di Apiro.

White meats dishes, appetizers and first courses, mushrooms, truffles and fried vegetable. The traditional combination is with the fish, crustaceans and molluscs. Excellent as an aperitif.
The must is obtained by soft pressing and it is used only the first stage of squeezing at very low pressure and low temperature of fermentation.
Pale yellow colour, sometimes with thin greenish.
